Hi,

We would like to fix the RSS feed of the website: https://www.mamapeinao.gr/feed/
You can see it doesn’t have any featured images for the articles in the feed.

Here’s an example of another website’s RSS feed that has images, and we would like a similar layout to our feed: https://youfly.com/feed/ (I don’t know which theme they are using, only sharing as an example)

Can you please advise?

Hi Again Bettina, sorry for the delay.

home page mobile

I simply want this homepage linked above on mobile devices instead of the AMP version.

I always applied the settings you mentioned and at the initially it worked, but not anymore. I cleared the cache many times, but nothing happens.

thanks

Hello Sofiane!

This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team because it’s a complex task to achieve.
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
Unfortunately, we do not provide support via calls or screen sharing apps.

Thank you so much for understanding!

Hello,

I noticed a problem with flex block 1 when used to display related artciles. This is what happens:

In the related articles section that I have created using the flex block 1 shortcode, if the length of all the article titles do not match (e.g.- one article title is taking three lines while others are taking only two), it creates an empty space within the block and one article is pushed down. Here’s the video.

When the length is same for all the titles, nothing happens, everything fine. But that is not possible for a website. Title length can differ.

Particularly, this problem arises when I set 3 modules per row and the number of articles is 6. I have not tried other settings because I only and strictly want to display 6 articles with 3 in each row.

Please help resolving the issue.

Thanks

Hi,

The post-sharing button is not visible. Recently I have not installed any plugin so it may conflict with the plugin. Kindly check from your end what is the issue. I have enabled “Single Post Share” https://prnt.sc/OoAY_LCRiOQ9, after logging out it is not visible https://prnt.sc/1TSv3i38ohLJ. I have also enabled it from the theme panel https://prnt.sc/BE0lRjTuDQtR

Hello!

1. This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sharing-article-on-facebook-shows-the-logo-instead-of-the-feature-image/

2. If you upload an image that is little than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not high quality.

Thank you!

Hi,

My device’s screen resolution is 1366*768. Sticky video doesn’t show on my PC. I have to zoom out a little bit every time I want to see the sticky video. You can see this video recording. A lot of people must have devices that are not full hd. This feature should work for all desktop resolutions.

Also in your screenshot, I can see a lot empty space where the sticky video appears. That’s not a normal and an ideal layout for a website. Did you zoom out too?

Lastly I have a question, does this feature work on mobile devices?

I’ve found that the content is laoded but not shown. Seems like some viewport issue. When I zoom out in my browser window, the hidden content shows up. I’ve attached another video to demonstrate the issue.

I tried deactivating all the plugins, but nothing changed. I am attaching a video recording. Please have a look. You can see the last article is only loaded half. It seems the extra content has been loaded but is hidden from the viewport. Like we use overflow: hidden; in css. IDK. Please show this to the developers.

Hi,

In theme’s default demo (this), I was trying to see some of the theme’s feature in action(sticky video and autoload articles.) But it just shows some random article that doesn’t autoload more articles and the other one just shows a video that isn’t sticky.

Why is it like this?

screen recording (change quality to 720)

Thanks.

Hi, I can’t find how to add the author’s profile picture. I guess it depends on the template because with other themes I can add the photo from the Users section of WordPress, but this time I cannot. Should I add the picture of the authors from the Theme Panel?

My website is https://italytravelsecrets.com/ and I would like to add the picture that appears in the bio at the end of each blog post: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D4mBQfERzqNrr1C08HLJyXMfGEqOL_jU/view?usp=sharing

Thank you

My web site

Hello, when i share my article, the title of the article is always hello-world. i want it to be my title article

Hi Bettina
I just went through the exercise. Sharing my experience that nothing other than one step is required in this scenario.

1. Assign the same license to the new domain which becomes visible in the “My License” tab in the Welcome screen. Please note no new license was acquired.

2. Un-assign the license from the old domain and you’re done.

So looking at this, even no reset was required and the licensing is not generating any issues with this.

Regards

Solved. I edit other pages sharing the same header and I make it show back from there.

Also there is an easy way to hide header. There is an option known as no header and no footer inside website manager settings of tagdiv composer. I didn’t notice it earlier before. Now all the problem is solved.

Thanks for your time. Really appreaciate.

many types error on amp we use newspaper theme recomendation wp-super cache plugin help me show this screenshots and help me . {Unable to detect page caching due to possible loopback request problem. Please verify that the loopback request test is passing. Error: Forbidden (Code: http_403)

The AMP plugin performs at its best when page caching is enabled. This is because the additional optimizations performed require additional server processing time, and page caching ensures that responses are served quickly.

Page caching is detected by looking for an active page caching plugin as well as making three requests to the homepage and looking for one or more of the following HTTP client caching response headers: cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache, x-proxy-cache, cf-cache-status, x-kinsta-cache, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, cf-apo-via, x-srcache-store-status, x-srcache-fetch-status, cf-edge-cache.} site health error

Hello @opes!

Yes, the detection is this one: https://prnt.sc/FKgdaCIoLurh
Most social media platforms have specific requirements for preview images, such as minimum and maximum sizes and aspect ratios. Make sure that the image you’re using meets these requirements. Clear your cache and try sharing the link again.
If you haven’t specified an OG image on your page, or if the specified OG image is missing or too small, LinkedIn may default to displaying your author picture instead.
If your author picture is set as the default for your website, change the default image to the OG image.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can translate it in the theme files wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_social_sharing.php -> https://i.imgur.com/A6mIVVB.png

Thank you!

Anamaria

Hello,

This social sharing icon appears only on the mobile version. If you want it to be displayed on the desktop version, you need to use a custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/slYFHBpS8tr
.td-social-line{
display: inline-block;
}
.td-social-viber{
display: inline-block;
}

The code needs to be set in Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/fxetQe24ZHf

Thank you!
