Please notice that if you have an older version of Newspaper, for example, 6.3.2 version, the update processing is the higher one than if you update your theme always on time. Yes, in the future, if you will have the Newspaper 7, it will be more easily to update to the next version if you respect and it is updated at the right time and your customization will not be lost.

After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.

It seems that you’re using V 4.9 of Visual Composer. After WordPress released V 4.5 that version of Visual Composer had some issues and will not work fine. Try to update Visual Compose plugin at V 4.11.2 which is included in theme’s path https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ clear all caches then test again.

We certainly plan to extend the theme features in the future updates and adding more social networks is one of our priorities. I’ve added your suggestion on our list and when the time comes our developers will consider it. This may take some time because we have a long implementation list and we take them one by one.

I facing one problem with the smart list type 3. When I click the post then select smart list type 3 with left sidebar but when I update and preview it, the sidebar is no arrange properly and same goes to review and comment part. Updated the theme via FTP as suggested, but it doesn’t seems to help. Also, I am using Visual Composer 4.11.2. Cleared the cache as well.
Hi, I noticed that the Woo Commerce is no longer present in my plugin window.

My question is how can i install and use the plugin?
Another question – When i downloaded the whole files and documentation from Theme Forest,
there is a folder titled ” demo-sliders”.
What is that for and how can i use it?

That’s their fault, not ours. We (with larger pages) have to make sure we investigate the issue, analyze if somebody used the hole and inserted some bad stuff… so no valid argument.
OK Guys I just solved the problem. It was the “Autoptimize” Plug-In. Just did some Trial and Error and deactivated the plug in. Site worked perfectly afterwards. I think it is something with the JS settings within the plug in. Gonna do some checks and will post an update here.

I use these shortcodes to show ads on specific areas such as bottom of a list article. When I updated to Newspaper 7 these shortcodes stopped working. The problem is still there after updating to 7.1

Right now, I can see so many plugins in the include folder. But in the latest update that I have installed from evanto, I see only 2 plugins in the includes folder. Will the old plugins be deleted when I upload the latest theme? That said, I don’t see the revolution slider in the updated theme’s plugins folder! I am confused! Please help.

1. After the last 2 updates (currently v7.1 + v4.11.2 Visual Composer) I can no longer see the visual composer on any page? If I switch to Classic mode the code is there but when I go to Backend editor I see a blank page. After testing all my plugins I found the conflict to be with the TagDiv Mobile Theme v1.0
I run through Cloudflare and have cleared all caches there and in the browser.
2. I get pages loading OK but sometimes a random mobile page will load for no reason? ie. Mobile menu and full width image and text with no sidebars?
3. On mobile the only two pages in the menu do not load. They were loading but now they dont after the latest update. I also had some mobile menus loading correctly with the drop down for sub menu or secondary menu working but now all I get is the top level menu? The menu has two pages with all the other links (including sub menus) being category links.
I am also running and testing the AMP for WordPress and Glue for Yoast SEO & AMP. I would like to know if these are compatible and or if this is what you already do with the new mobile app version? Turning these off made no change to these issues?
