HI
@Syambarkah Just replace the old line with new one, clear the cache memory, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer then test again.
@AWAY FROM LIFE make sure you don’t use Speed Booster plugin, also deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer then test again.
We do our best to solve this issue and an update will be released in shortest time.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hi
Sorry for this inconveniences.
This issue it’s caused by a jQuery conflict which affect the theme after latest wp update. We will release a new update in shortest time with all require fixes. Meanwhile leave the lazy load animation inactive or try to add this line of code in tagdiv_theme.js file as a temporary fix: http://screencast.com/t/Ur4jw4L6Z8
jQuery("a[href*='#']").click(function(e) {

Thanks, but how can I apply this style to all posts within a category? This code only adds it to a specific post.
The category has 10 new posts everyday, the CSS can’t be updated manually every time.
Hey tagdiv team,
I recently update new version of wordpress my all pictures disappeared Blogrope.com
Hi
There is jQuery conflict and some of theme’s features are affected. We investigate this and will release an update in shortest time possible. Meanwhile you can add this line in tagdiv_theme.js file as a temporary fix: http://screencast.com/t/Ur4jw4L6Z8

Hi,
We made tests with WP4.5 and Visual Composer 4.11.1 and we didn’t notice any issues.
I refer to the new tests, we are waiting for Visual Composer version 4.11.2. The plugin developer announced it but the plugin is not available yet. I guess it was uploaded and it’s waiting for Envato approval. There are a lot of messages on the plugin support page and that’s why we don’t want to hurry and we tried to provide a quick fix for this and also 4.11.1 version on email.
Our initial plan was to release a theme update and include 4.11.1 but after we noticed that they announced 4.11.2 we decided to wait. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will try to find a solution for this. Also paste a link to this ticket.
Thanks!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but template and plugins should not be able to autoupdate after activation theme ?
Yes, this is also my problem. I deactivated plugins but without results. The last theme update was in January 2016. Now I deactivated lazy load animation from theme panel under template setting as Steingraeber recommended, now my side works again. Many thanks.
My website is not showing featured images on any pages or posts.
They disappeared after I updated to wordpress 4.5.
Please, any help would be great.
Hi Chris,
Yes, you are right the latest version of Newsmag theme contains Visual Composer 4.9 and this creates issues on backend, you cannot edit the page. You can update to the 4.11 version as it works properly and also please make this change in the code – http://screencast.com/t/QeNhZNbdmCvk
If you(or other users) don’t have Visual Composer 4.11 please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide it until we release the theme update.
We will make some tests during the day and we will release an update as soon as possible.
Thanks!

It seems there is an issue with VC 4.9 so if you have not yet updated to 4.11, please download the theme form envato as the version is included in newspaper 6.7.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the images are displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/6hPQ54lVo If this happens again please check this topic, I posted a temporary solution there until we release the new update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/featured-images-not-showing-after-wordpress-update/
Thanks!
Hi,
There seems to be a problem with visual composer and the latest version of WP. We will wait for visual composer to fix the issues and we will provide the update as soon as possible.
It’s best to hold on a bit when wordpress updates as plugins and themes need to adapt to the new version.
Thank you!
PS: try to update the theme and visual composer to the latest version (newspaper 6.7 and VC 4.11)

Hello, i have problem with the new version of wordpress. Ihen I make update the wordpress the pictures in my site is not showing. How I can fix it?
Today I’ve updated WP to 4.5. Problems seems not to be.
Hi,
Visual composer did not break on our end on newspaper but more and more people complain about the visual composer issue so it’s best to hold on to the new update for WP for the time being until the VC author releases a fix.
Thank you!
Hi,
We ran a few tests with the new version of wordpress and the newspaper theme seems to work properly. There are however issues on the newsmag theme. We are still testing the new version of wp and if we find problems on the newspaper theme we will update accordingly as soon as possible. So it’s best to hold on a bit as there may be things we missed. Like Chris wrote above, you can try it with a full back-up if you want to test the new version.
Thanks.
Hi
Thanks @haronno for sharing your solution here so others can benefit from it.
We test the theme with latest wp version and will release an update with the required fixes in shortest time possible.
Sorry for all inconveniences.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hello goforward,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option, sorry! In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin. As example you can check this -> https://vip.wordpress.com/2016/03/07/new-wordpress-plugin-for-facebook-instant-articles/
Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you for your suggestion. I will add this to our list of updates and hopefully in a future version we will be able to implement the ‘nofollow’ to the ads.
