I have updated to version 11, but any time I create the header menus it duplicate those menus at the footer and whenever I create the footer menus the header menus disappears. Also this happens when I activate “Global Header Cloud Template – Tech News Pro” at the theme panel. But whenever I change the “Global Header Cloud Template – Tech News Pro” to “No template the site looks ok.
Please help.

We have been trying hard to pass LCP and CLS. Updated the theme to 11 but it’s still the same. Can you take a look to see if there’s a bug in the mobile theme? Any suggestions welcome or do I need to change themes?
After automatic update our site crashed down and only html code was visible.
Then I tried to reactivate the theme, but it made basic setup.
We would need to reverse the graphics – colors – fonts and everything as it was.
Can you help me with it?

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Hi Vlad,
Think we have found the issue now may be related to update. After updating to V11 some rows where not stacking correctly, spacing etc, seems to be related to spacing entered into tag div composer. By removing the entry in composer we can resolve for now.

When using Tag Div compsor to update my home page I try to add or update Text with title section it wont let me add new text. The text that I previously entered doesn’t show up either.

The update broke my site.. I went back to 10.4 and the whole site is down and the tagdiv Composer won’t load.. just gives me a “sorry you are not allowed to access this page”..

Hi, so today I updated the template to the new version. My site has completely changed! My site width has changed to and when I try to fix it with: template setting > Force full width, then it does not respond or change. It’s so disappointing it happened, please help. what can I do?

I could save my site with an older version of the theme (10.4), hopefully I had saved back in May that version.
But If I make an update the problem is the same, probably there is a compatibility problem between Theme 11 and TG Composer.
I don’t know how it was fixed, but I have the same problem with TagDiv Composer. It broked my site:

I deleted the plugin, I downloaded again from ThemeForest, also updated via FTP, nothing, uploaded again via WordPress admin panel, I got the same problem. Deleted all the other TagDiv plugint, installed just the TagDiv Composer, the same problem…

I recently purchased newspaper theme Version: 10.4, Now update 11 is available. I would like to know if I will update to 11, would I be able to see all customization that I did in default templates or they will get override and I need to make customizations again.
Another question is about the Mobile theme. Activating a mobile theme is equivalent to activating AMP on a website?. I don’t want to go AMP for now. But Mobile theme light version looks good.
Also, is autoload next post feature available on Mobile theme?

My LIVE site is pointing to that Newspaper advertisement. This update has been an absolute DISASTER!
Having the exact same problem. Second issue since the update was released. Very upset.
After update to 11 I lose header option in theme panel, i cant setup main and top bar
Force Full Width doesn’t work after update 11. I don’t know if there is a solution or I have to wait for an update?

I was not able to log in to my admin panel and if not recovery option I would stay crying how to login.

After the version 11 update. My header, footer, Author template, categories template, single post template, theme colors all are changed to default and are not same as I had customize them before. Only the Front page is which is a custom page.
How can I revert to my design settings back.

Yesterday i ran an update and now my website looks totally different. In the theme panel option have disappeared etc. I don’t know what i’ve done wrong.
Can i go back to before the update and run the update again?
