Hi Anamaria,
The site was offline for a while today. In case you weren’t able to access it to look at this, it’s back up now…

Thanks!
Ken

Hi,

Unfortunately, I think we will take a look today.

Thank you!

Hi Annamaria,
Do you have an answer to the issue with the mobile header for our pages? I’d really like to resolve this soon, as it is preventing us from being able to launch an important initiative.

Thank you.
Ken

Hello Ken !

I couldn’t find your new email with the credentials. Can you re-send or reply in the mail?

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,
I just resent it to support@TagDiv.com.

Thanks,
Ken

Hi Bettina,
From your prior note via email reply regarding the space at the top:
“The content of the pages should be added in the Tagdiv Composer with the column text or text with title elements: https://app.screencast.com/Z7Y7×VYn1Y6Ma
The space there is because you need to have a row of content, which in your case was empty. You should use it for your content, and you can’t delete it because the page has been done with the TagDiv Composer.”

Here’s a recording of how I tried to follow your instructions. Evidently I’m still missing something:

Anamaria also said:
“You need to select this row -> https://i.imgur.com/5touFkt.png to be in the content section and add this element from tagdiv Composer to be able to add the text -> please check this video https://we.tl/t-b8B9UrlZm3 but you need to have two tabs, one with the page using tagdiv Composer, and one in the other tab to have the page in Gutenberg editor, and copy from there the text to add in the column text and after deleting the text from Gutenberg editor.”

Here’s a video of our attempt to do what she advised -https://psu.mediaspace.kaltura.com/media/Ken+Layng%27s+Personal+Meeting+Room/1_bwndx2y3

I’m also noticing that the ad we have in the header is not appearing on the mobile layout.

Hello Ken!

Please continue the discussion via email!

Thank you for understanding!

I don’t understand. I *have* been replying via email, but I am not getting responses. I am now sending them to contact@tagdiv.com. What are your support hours? I am EST and have to wait a whole day to get responses. Is there a way to have multiple email exchanges in a day? I think you have my current questions.

Calin responded with the following:
“Hello,
1. The mobile header is a different one from the desktop and you should add the ad box on the mobile version too, I see that you have now the code set.
2. I no longer see the empty space on mobile at the top of page/posts.
Thank you!
Calin”

I responded with:
I don’t know where to find the right header; that’s why I was asking for support. Please record video to advise as to where it is.
1. This screenshot shows that the space is still appearing in the top of the mobile header.
2. Now I am seeing 2 ads in the Home page on mobile.

Here is the home page showing 2 headers: https://app.screencast.com/qWLWODd0ctY67

Here is an article page showing the space still at the top: https://app.screencast.com/4M9EN10KN4nfY

I’d also like to have a video showing where each of these three headers is being edited:

1. Responsive mobile header
2. Home page mobile header
3. Page / post mobile header

I haven’t been able to find these with screenshots.

Bettina or Anamarie,
I have sent email, but I’m not getting a response. I will send it again today, but I’m also including it here.

1. I’m still a not able to figure out how to remove the space at the top of mobile pages / posts (other than Home page).

2. I’d like to add the “Social icons” element to the top of the sidebar in desktop posts.

3. I’d like to add a little padding around the ad header on the mobile.

If you can send a video rather than screenshots, I’d appreciate it.

Ken

Can you confirm that my last emails have been received? I sent one this morning and another one the day before yesterday. I don’t know if you’re busy or if they haven’t been received.

I have several categories that are generating 404 page errors, but the pages exist and links appear to be directing properly. Can you help with this issue?
For example:
– Economy
– Constitution
– Race
– Energy
– Environment
– Identity
– Law / Justice
– Conspiracy Corner

These include categories with and without posts…

Hi,

The problem is that you don’t set here the correct link -> https://i.imgur.com/DoCYFrp.png because your link is like this https://libertylens.news/articles/category/economy/ because you added this in the permalinks -> https://i.imgur.com/VwBCfvY.png so you need to edit the menu to set the links right.

Thank you!

Thank you.

Also, for some reason the media files in some articles do not show full size when clicked. For example, see the images in this article: https://libertylens.news/articles/elections/2024/05/08/albert-on-the-job-cybercriminals-seize-control-of-a-pennsylvania-countys-network/

How can I make those show full-size when clicked?
