I have a problem with the advertisments from Adsene. They don’t show up on my website. Sometimes you can see the advertisements, but at another moment you can’t see them. When I instalised the plug-in for the mobile theme the advertisements showed up and everything was OK. Now, I use the standard mobile theme and it doesn’t work anymore, you can’t see the advertisements.
Could you help me? Could you watch for me if everything I set up (my settings) is right?
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
For Adsense it would not be complicated, enter the ad codes in the theme panel sections you want them to appear

These are some related topics with additional Adsense information you could read

Thanks
Hi,
I had contact with Adsense and she told me that the advertising codes have been changed and that this is against the guidelines for publishers.
I did not change codes at all, I added the codes to the theme panel via adsense in the settings panel.
So I think that the Newspaper theme changes the codes unasked and because of this they no longer work.
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website so we can see the problem. Mention which ads are with problem. If possible provide a link to the discussion you had with Adsense, or mention what exactly has been identified as modified by the theme. We will investigate.
Thanks
Hi,
It is not a specific link, sometimes it does not work sometimes, on the homepage or certain posts both mobile and on desktop.
Adsense said the following:
We have checked your site and our systems indicate that your ad code has not been correctly implemented. Please note that it is against our program policies to adjust the ad code. There are, however, a few exceptions about which you can find more information here.
If you want to check where your ad code has been modified, you can use a code comparison tool. You can find guidelines for this in our Help Center article.
Remember that your ad code must be taken over from your AdSense account exactly. This includes the following:
the same whitespace and punctuation,
the fully delivered AdSense ad code,
the code layout,
the code can not contain additional HTML tags,
the variables in the code (such as google_ad_height or google_page_url) can not be renamed or changed.

Since each web editor is different, we can not give specific instructions to solve problems with ad customization. If you are still having problems, we recommend that you carefully follow the instructions in our Code Implementation Guide.
If you can not solve the problems with our manual, please contact your web editor or web host directly.
Sincerely,
Google AdSense Team
I have done all the steps, but this has no result.
I also passed on everything to them. I also sent screenshots. I’m still waiting for their answer.

Hi,
This is interesting, there were no other similar reports. They seem to mention modifications made to the ad code, indeed this has to be entered as it is provided by Adsense. Copy it from where it is provided and paste it in the theme panel. Then either choose the auto size, or defined size by you. Let us know what you find out further.
Thanks
Hi,
I have already tried this, unfortunately this remained without result.
I have exactly the codes that are included in Adsense and paste them in the hemapaneel without adjusting anything.
I really have no idea what the problem is. But because of this, I do miss out on money.
Check the browser inspector console if there are any errors when the ads are not displayed

I checked your website with Chrome and Firefox for quite a while, browsing through posts and pages, all the time there were ads for me

On the screenshots I see that it all works. However, it really does not work on my mobile. I just use Google Chrome on my mobile, the latest version.

I see there sometimes is a warning displayed

From what I find online it might be related to Chrome

Not much information online however about this issue. I checked on mobile and the ads sometimes were not displayed on Chrome, while displayed every single time on Firefox. This is highly unusual.
Hi,
Yesterday specialists did not show up. She concludes that the cash in the theme is very persistent. With several plugins we have the cash and only cash in the theme remain in it.
Do you have an idea how I can ensure that this will be resolved? Because of this error, I miss out on earnings that I desperately need to keep the website.
Google Adsense can not be reached. They say that there is nothing wrong with their ads. The last time they said that the ads have changed as they are on the website while I put the code exactly in the theme.
I have no idea what I can do ..
Thanks in advance!
That cache plugin is compatible with the theme and it should not cause problems with the ads on the website. I found no mention of problems between the super cache and Adsense ads.
I see you switched from Adsense ads however, the website displays different ads at the moment on desktop and also on mobile. These ads are displaying fine for me, checked with Chrome and Firefox.
The last days I worked again with Adsense. I also filled in the forum on Adsense. On the forum I asked why one moment the ads show up and the other moment they don’t. One person gave me an answer on it, but it isn’t completely fixed. I put the link in this message, so maybe anybody can help me further. The person told me to use responsive ad codes, but I already tried that and this doesn’t work. The person also told me about a narrow window but I don’t know what that means or how I have to do/use that.
I hope anybody can help me!
The same thing was happening to me on my phone but with a different theme. I couldn’t see any of the ads. Maybe 1 or 2 on some posts. The problem was the popup blocker setting on my phone. I was about to lose it until my hubby unchecked that setting and I could see all my ads again. I don’t know if that’s your issue, but maybe you can check. 🙂
This is interesting.
Even we are facing this problem on our all sites using Newspaper theme.
Earlier we thought it’s happening because of cache so we discussed this with our host team on investigation they found nothing that affecting ads.
They suggest me to contact Adsense team, and I got the same reply (code is modified) from AdSense team.
But more interesting thing is, we are facing this only on Google Chrome browser.
Thank you for your reply. I tried the ads in FireFox on an Android phone but this also doesn’t work, the ads doesn’t show up either. When I just post something on my site there is no ad that show up, not even one. The ads even don’t work on an Apple iPad, in Safari.
@marijnvdgruiter
For me, your site showing ads on another browser except for Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox – http://prntscr.com/k2t2uy
Google Chrome – http://prntscr.com/k2t3tq
It is so strange, because with me on my mobile the ads on Chrome and FireFox are not shown see the screenshots:
Screenshot FireFox
Screenshot Chrome
You can log in on my website to see if everything is set up correctly, etc.
