Hi, I use W3 Total Cache on mi web (www.lasacristiadelcaminante.com). When I active Page Cache option (screencast1) Ajax post view count dont work correctly.
So I went to Theme panel and active Enable/Disable Ajax post view count option (screencast2) and all works fine except slide module (screencast3 and screencast4). Not show real count number on post.
What can I do?
Thanks.

Hello Inma,
Unfortunately, the W3 Total Cache not working as properly with our theme, sorry! Our tested caching plugin is WP Super Cache and if you want to achieve best theme results you should use it, according to with our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Inma,
Please keep in mind that plugin has not been tested with our theme and we do not recommend using it because it seems to be a problematic plugin which causes a lot of unknown issues, sorry! To achieve best theme results you should use our recommended caching plugin which is WP Super Cache.
Thanks for your understanding!
Sorry Catalin, I have not explained well. I configure WP Super Cache on my site, not W3 Total cache. I have got confused.
With WP Super Cache post counter dont work fine. You can see it on http://www.lasacristiadelcaminante.com
Thanks.
Hello Inma,
Please notice that the Post View Counter should work as expected with our theme with all of our required and tested plugins. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. I recommend you do a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, clear all of your caches, server caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
