Just installed … and get just a logo. This theme is sold as an amazing theme for SEO.
The Pagespeed is 25/100
What is the problem ?
You still need to optimize your server setup, and follow the docs under tutorials for optimizing site speed.
Theme cannot optimize your hosting setup for thing like gzip/deflate, caching time to live, image compression, caching or server time to first byte.

Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme.
