Hello, how are you? The ad banner is not displayed on the mobile version (https://imgur.com/a/EGGYNbN). How can i fix it?

Hi,
I see in your screenshot that you do not use the responsive version of the theme, you are using the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, if so, then for the mobile theme plugin, you’ll need to set the ads in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://i.imgur.com/XJ5w6An.png
Thank you!

I set it to the responsive version, and the banner doesn’t appear either.

Hi,
Just to make sure that I understand correctly, in the first image provided, you have an image from the mobile version and the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, to display ads on it you need to set the ads in the mobile theme in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/wnGpwtd.png
Also, on desktop, the ad should be displayed using the ad box element that can be set using tagDiv Composerhttps://i.imgur.com/nSFvDN6.png
Thank you!

I delete tagdiv mobile. My mobile site is now responsive (https://imgur.com/a/QpztHuC). I put AD in all devices (https://imgur.com/a/eRwoh72), but the banner is not showed.
thanks!

Hi,

Please try accessing your website in incognito/private mode, as an ad blocker in your browser or even your antivirus software might be preventing the banners from showing.

Also, could you please share a link to your website so I can check on my end and see if the banners are displaying correctly?

Thank you!

Hi,
Is the banner set only in the header? If so, I think I understand the situation. It looks like you added the banner for each viewport separately. However, the desktop header is a section that doesn’t display on mobile, and the mobile header doesn’t display on desktop.

This means that any elements placed in the desktop header won’t appear on the mobile version, and vice versa.

To fix this, switch to the mobile viewport, then drag the Ad Box element into the mobile header area where you want the banner to appear. After that, set the banners inside that Ad Box element.

Thank you!
