BIG issue : can't install Newspaper theme

Hello,

I purchased your theme, but can’t install it on my wordpress.

When uploading it, wordpress loads a page displaying “The link you followed has expired. Please try again”

I tried 30 times, not working ! I tried installing themes from WordPress.org, manually or automatically, it worked fine. Max upload size has been modified to 1000Mb in php.ini, no luck.

Please, what to do ?

Note : I’m trying to install it locally on WordPress, hosted by WAMPSERVER64

Also, I tried installing an old theme from Tagdiv I downloaded months ago : IonMag, it installs fine ! But Newspaper can’t !

Tried uploading newspaper.zip manually in themes folder : Newspaper theme doesn’t show up in the wordpress panel

EDIT: Newspaper finally appeared in the theme panel after installing it manually in the themes folder. But you guys should check why it’s giving the error when installing it locally using Wampserver64 ! Weird bug !

Hello Lecache,

Do you have tried to install the theme via FTP? Please notice that’s our recommended way for installing the theme because this is the surest method in this case. Please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Check the requirements list from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also, notice that we recommend maximum PHP 7.2 version for better results.

All went fine using the FTP upload in theme folder ! Thank you
