Business Theme Copyright

Hello, on a business theme there is a header same as at The Guardian. If I use that, can that be a violation of copyright? I want to be safe rather than sued.

Hi,

I don’t think this would be the case. They are similar but nothing was or is violated. This Business demo is a demo of the Newspaper theme, and you can install and use it without any problems
