can the page be created only with td composer?

You can use the WordPress Gutenberg editor for posts and pages too, but most of users use tagDiv Composer to design a nice layout to there pages.

I just make a test, I build a new sidebar and add widgets in it and assign to a page -> https://i.imgur.com/ntriiWc.png and for me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/FWyRR4R.png
Make sure that you do not have some plugins that can interfere, also try with a new sidebar.

Using our theme we recommend to use tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/ but you can use other editors too, but please do not use more then one builder/editor on a page.

As I can see the page was made using only WordPress editor and the sidebar is empty, to display the sidebar, please make sure that you choose it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/dWCuKYo.png
If the sidebar is still not display, please deactivate all non theme plugins except tagDiv plugins and check again.
