Cannot activate license or edit the textbox content (both keep loading)

Hi,
My website is https://portseasorrentotimes.com.au/
I’m trying to activate the license but when I press activate the button keeps loading forever. When I tried to open the editor to edit the text box it also failed to load. I’m not sure what is happening please help.

Hello!

Please make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress, theme, plugins(11.3.2) and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

Please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your license code, wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate these issues. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
