I have installed your theme, but there was an error during the install. The hosting had to cancel the plugins and then we were able to access the website again. But after this, every time I want to add some plugins, and click on NEW PLUGIN I get redirected to the own website’s https://positivenews.today/wp-admin/plugin-install.php 404 error page
How can I install now new plugins and a backup theme?
also, I get this 404 error page when clicking on the “Edit with TagDiv” button

Please ensure that there are no conflicts with untested plugins by deactivating all non-tested plugins, including any child themes you are using. Additionally, clear all cache and try again.
Make sure to resave your permalinks.
