I need to change a few things within my site, but I cannot. When I try to open TD composer, just goes to a white screen.

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.

This has been a constant problem for us as well. Our web freelancer traced back the “empty” editing screens to a cache problem, but now when we open the editor, all of the return breaks are gone and the text is a big soup of run-on characters. Can not find a way to fix it. Any advice?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again
