Cannot install wordpress theme

I’m using WordPress 5.6.1 and I cannot install your theme. um getting error of “Your website has the critical issue”. what can I do about that issue?

Hello!

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements:

I recommend you to install our theme like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
