Hello. I just installed Woocommerce Subscription to my Newsletter themed WordPress site to be able to sell a product. Everything seems to have gone successfully except it doesn’t work on the mobile device. The product shows up but wont get added to cart on Mobile. The payment processor is Stripe but according to my developer the problem may be from the theme and not Stripe. The website it called (www.fit2fash.com). Any way to help figure out what the problem is?
Might not be issue, but disable any mobile plugin and just use theme as responsive for mobile.

From what I can see you use quite an old theme version (7.0). Consider updating the theme, using an almost 3 years old theme with the latest WordPress version or latest Woocommerce may cause problems.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. So disabling the theme worked in getting the product to show up to the cart and check out correctly. The only issue with that is that my mobile site looks the old way and no longer using Newspaper theme. I was really thrilled about using Newspaper theme on my mobile view because that’s what I purchased it for. Is there any other suggestions you may have for me where I keep the theme and the functionality will work? Is the theme set up to be able to accept orders via mobile and WooCommerce checkouts or does it not support these kinds of transactions?
I have not gotten a chance to do the update of the theme btw. Sorry was that one of the suggestions in fixing the mobile shopping cart issue?
Can’t say for sure if the issue will be fixed after you update the theme. Many theme users have shop pages to display and sell products, with no problem whatsoever. Could be a matter of incompatibility between the plugin you mention and the theme.
Updating the theme is necessary in order to make use of the latest theme features, bug fixes, also to have a more secure website
