Hello,
for a few weeks now I have an issue when editing pages. I can’t edit text blocks and content blocks. It’s just endlessly loading:

Now I can’t even save pages anymore which is a huge problem. According to our plugin QueryMonitor the following 3 queries are also causing slow pageload. 2 of them are related to Newspaper:

I disabled all other plugins but the issue is still there so I think it’s related to the composer and cloud library.

thank you for the hint. The changes in the .htaccess worked. But the tagdiv composer still takes a long time to load even though we have quite the powerful server. According to our tech team the database is bloated (>2GB) thanks to the composer. Is there any way to change this?

In the last update, the “speed” of the tagDiv Composer was improved, so if you want to make the update I suggest you make it on a staging website or on a subdomain, not directly on the live site in case of problems.

No, the live system has this issue with the previous version of tagDiv Composer. I updated it on our staging and the same issue appears again. So it’s a general issue with Newspaper. It bloats our database and especially the postmeta-field is loading really slowly.

If I understand correctly, this problem persists with the last theme update(Newspaper 11).
If it is so, please make a fresh install on the staging of WordPress and Newspaper 11 and check again.
