we recently installed the TagDiv newspaper theme for our blog, but unfortunately we can not save any changes with the composer, it just try to save but nothing happen and the saving icon just spins. it is very time consuming for us to change all things by coding can you help me with this problem?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for your response.
I checked all the parameters and we had all those things done properly, and then I disabled all our plugins, also I disabled mod_security from the Security section of C-panel, but we still can’t edit with the tag composer.
Can you give me some other advices? is there any possibility that TagDiv support group can audit our blog and see why is this happening?

and one other new error we get when for example I go to theme setting and open the footer page to edit is this “Error at rows: 1(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content”
