Hi Sir,
I am trying to save the changes in the theme panel and it keeps showing loading icon. Could you please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible? Urgently needed help.
Thank you
Gelek
Hi,
Is possible to be from be from firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Hope this will help you!
Tried this and it has not helped. Tried opening the back-end using incognito window, cleared my host cache, cleared everything else and still no luck. I do not have Wordfence installed. All the plugins that are active are tagDiv* and AMP. Trying to set my Mobile theme to Mobile + AMP
Hi. I have similar issue. Although in my case there are no loading icons, and it shows that it saved the changes:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-does-not-save-content-bug/
No idea what is going on.
Come on guys! We need your help!!! You call your theme the best – need to see some action behind this claim. I don’t exactly remember how I solved this the last time, but it had something to do with clearing cache – and I have cleared all my caches. And still no change. All Plugins disabled, NADA.ZIP.
I looked at the Debug.log file being created on my site and I repeatedly see the following two errors:
[08-Mar-2021 03:58:09 UTC] PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant TDC_PATH_LEGACY – assumed ‘TDC_PATH_LEGACY’ in /home/sreeiyer2017/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 202

I don’t know why this is coming. Is this a clue?

Hi,
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.6 with the last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1, also make sure that the theme update was done correctly =>https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (delete the files of the theme, not override).
Also, check if you don’t have a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please check to be sure you don’t have an object cache on the host.
Thank you!
Anamaria
I have done several updates in the past of the Newspaper theme – the WordPress version is 5.6.2 and Newspaper is 10.3.9.1. I did it exactly as per the documentation of the Newspaper theme. I even re-installed it once, just to be sure. From past experience, I know this for a fact – once it gets into this mode, it is very difficult to fix it. Pl. help as our mobile version is not working.
