Can't use the theme panel on a staging installation of my website

Hi,
I have a problem using the theme panel on a staging installation of my website.
I’m using the WP STAGING plugin for the staging stuff.

The problem is that the click event on the panel doesn’t respond at all. So I’m stuck on the header options without the possibility of moving to another tab of panel. I can’t select any option as well.

I can’t install demos.
I can’t neither activate the theme.

Huge problem for me because i purchased the theme and i can’t use it at all.

Hi,

First you could check the theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then if there is still a problem, check plugins. Deactivate them all except theme plugins. Ultimately reinstall the theme and check again
