Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also you need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the page.

The ABOUT US and Follow us sections can be set from theme Panel> Footer -> http://prntscr.com/ps3n0s the social networks are set in Theme panel> Social Networks -> http://prntscr.com/ps3n93

The subcategories from mega menu can be order only by name or id -> http://prntscr.com/pyy42b and this can be achieve only if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Literary.

From what i can see you are using the Newspaper v9.8, after this version appear the Instagram made some changes and it was not longer work correctly, in order to fix this you’ll need to update the theme to Newspaper X.

The Instagram will update once at 3 hours, also if you are using cache plugins, is possible to need to clear the cache in order to show faster the images from Instagram.

Unfortunately, Polylang plugin, has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

We recommend to use WPML for multi language, but he have users that use Polylang without problems, maybe these posts need to be add/translate in the second language or maybe you’ll need to translate or make a new homepage for the second language.
