Changing "Editor Picks," "Popular Posts" and "Popular Category" for TechNews

Hi tagDiv,

At the footer area, there are three headings for the TechNews theme, “Editor Picks,” “Popular Posts” and “Popular Category.” How do I rename them and how do I control what they display?

For example, I want to change “Editor Picks” to “Editor’s Picks” and I want to control what is shown under “Editor’s Picks.” How do I do so?

Hi,

Some footer templates have predefined content, others are blank

Those sections you mention are predefined in the template file, the Editor picks is a block 7 widget that displays featured posts

The Popular posts is again a block 7 widget, which displays popular posts.
Finally there is a popular category widget

If you do not want these widgets to appear, select an empty footer template and insert the widgets you want, configured the way you want, in the 3 footer sidebars
