Cloud Library Error: "Invalid reply from server endpoint"

I just updated my theme to the v.9 and this error appears (Invalid reply from server endpoint)

I used this function in the last version and everything worked fine.

i have read about this error. I have purged cache and doesnt works. Any ideas?

Hello oscariribe,

Check your PHP version to be maximum 7.2, make a re-save at your permalinks, increase the system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I have the same issue as well.

I checked my PHP version and it says 7.2.8.

Is this what you mean by saying PHP version to be maximum 7.2 ?

Yes, we recommend 7.2. Do you have followed the others steps? Resave permalinks, remove untested plugins, use the latest version of the theme, increase system status parameters?
