After updating to the latest Theme version (11.4.2), we noticed that our Cloud Templates were “distorted” on our Site, forcing us to roll back to Theme Version 11.4.1. Also noticed that after updating to 11.4.2, the Prior Theme version did not appear in your Time Machine, so we had to manually roll back to the Prior version. I recommend you to make a full backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Re-install the Cloud Library plugin and make sure you do not have some extra plugins which are not tested with our theme.
