Cloud Templates not adding to all template list

I followed the instruction here on https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

But it does not add new templates to the list as step 6 indicates.

what should i do?

Did you have checked your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

never mind. i found that some are added as pages but not into the list.
The Document need to be updated
