I have a problem with the column text element. When I click on (edit content) and start to type, the words I write doesn’t appear on the page and it can’t be saved. I need to fix this as quickly as possible.

Normally, without problems, the wp editor is saving the content automatically.
I understand the content isn’t saved, usually, this problem can be when is a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again, also, make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in special please make sure this code is set in .htaccess => https://www.screencast.com/t/D3i2ZA7K

We did all the above but the column text element still not working. We need to fix this problem quickly, please. We need to publish lots of content and we still can’t.

If you set that code from the requirements in .htaccess and you use Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader and see if the problem persists.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
