Hello, I want to enable comments on my site but I only get the login window, nothing else.
I have followed these instructions: https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
I have comments enabled on Posts.
I have “ENABLE COMMENTS ON POSTS” set to ON in Theme Panel > Post Settings > Post and Custom Post Types
I have also purged the LiteSpeed cache.
What am I doing wrong?
you can see the website here: http://www.chaindlk.com/news
click on any post and try to add a comment…
Hello !
As you can see here your comment options do appear: https://www.screencast.com/t/khbgvJAAoy
I personally will recommend you to use Cloud Library post templates as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !
You didn’t click the “log in” link to see the problem I am describing.
When you click the login link, you see this login window:
https://snipboard.io/jCnNqf.jpg
which I believe is a Newspaper X login window, when instead we should be seeing the Social Logins of Jetpack commenting options.
Hello !
That can be replaced only by using custom work which is not covered by the support team. You can disable it from here: https://i.imgur.com/HUwsMS4.png
You can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/
Thank you !
I have disabled that setting in Settings but I STILL see the login window:

I’m not looking for custom work, I simply want to see the Social Login that Jetpack offers (Jetpack is installed and activated)
Wait, I don’t understand this at all.
WordPress has the feature to NOT request users to be registered to post a comment but you are telling me that Newspaper X actually DISABLES this WordPress feature??? You are telling me that, by using Newspaper X, we loose the ability to use a NATIVE FEATURE of WordPress??
And you are telling me that Newspaper X REMOVES THE ABILITY to user JetPack’s features???
If so this is something that should clearly be advertised because a theme should NEVER inhibit a NATIVE feature of WordPress!!
Also THOUSANDS of people user JetPack with WordPress and if your theme inhibits the features or usability of JetPack and does not allow users to continue using the built in commenting features
