While creating a page, I have enabled at end of the page under Discussion Section:
Allow Comments
Allow Trackbacks and Pingbacks
However, they are not appearing on the Page with or without the Visitors Rating Plugin.
1) I want to show comments only the specific pages where I select.
2) I want to club the comments section with the Visitors Rating Plugin (YASR / Rating Widget). Do you offer something so that I dont have to use these plugins or any plans in future?
3) Also, what are the benefits of creating Pages under (main) Page?

You also need to enable the comments from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/

For the rating system we have our own reviews option: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ (but it’s not visitor oriented)
