I just install Gadget Pro as base version of my website, but it always showed this message when I tried to modify every one of cloud templates:
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again

I’m sure the runtime environment meets the requirements and I deactivated ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins.
In fact, tagDiv Composer is working when I edit the “Home” Page, it works fine, but it crash when I edit the Cloud Template.

If tagDiv Composer is working, but not on all pages or cloud templates, then in can be ca code or plugin that is interfering with theme builders.
If the preoblem perists only with theme plugins, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
