CPT sidebar position

Hey,

I changed the sidebar position to ‘none’ but when I create a new post, it selects the right sidebar.

Theme panel -> CPT & Taxanomy -> [CPT]: http://prntscr.com/ndkyt3
New post with CPT: http://prntscr.com/ndkzfk

How to resolve this?

HI,

Please make sure that your changes in CPT sidebar position for that post are save, if those are please check that post, is possible to need to clear your cache.
You can set sidebar global in theme panel and individual on each posts, the individual settings will overwrite the global settings.

I see that the options are saved but not used on the new post

What kind of information do you want? Can’t you recreate the problem? I just created a CPT but the default position of the sidebar is incorrect.

Hi,

If you want that all new posts to be without sidebar you’ll need to go in Theme panel>Template settings > Blog and post templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/syqFe8F4aya now all new posts will have the sidebar set from panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CYsoPGbzku and there we set to have posts without sidebars.
