Created sidebars

Hi, it’s possible that installing demos my custom created sidebars has lost? There isn’t a folder to recover those sidebars? How update the theme or install a demo without lose data?

Hi,

Please check this guide to update to version 6 of the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/. If you update from version 4 of the theme you also have to run the script, it will import old settings from database and it will change the shortcodes(it is specified in the docs) – http://screencast.com/t/eZxxuqvsTir Unfortunately you will have to re-add widgets on your sidebars, some of them may not be imported or don’t exist anymore.

it’s possibile make a backup of sidebars?

Hi,

Your custom sidebars should be imported, but you will have to re-add your widgets there. Unfortunately you cannot make a backup for this, you can try to make a screenshot to see which widgets did you used and how they were positioned.
