After upgradation to 9.2, I am unable to insert anything in custom css, advanced css, custom javascript, custom html in the theme panel.

Where exactly you try to type these values and you cannot do this? Provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. If you will follow all the steps from our guide, notice that you should increase all of these.

Please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

I did but still the same problem
Further, when I am trying to re-activates my plugin following error is there for TD-Multipurpose:

The multi-purpose plugin was removed and included in the tagDiv composer plugin, this happened in theme update 8.7.5, please check the changelog at the bottom of this page

So no need to keep trying to activate the plugin if you use a theme version newer than 8.7.5, the multi-purpose plugin and the tagDiv composer were combined. All the multi-purpose options are now part of the tagDiv composer.
