Good morning,
I updated my lottogazzetta.it site with the latest version of the newspaper theme.
On mobile and tablet it goes great, but on desktop I can only view it if only logged in, because otherwise it signals a critical error.
A thorough server side check was done and everything is fine, so I assume it may be theme dependent.
Can you help me please?
Thank you
Hello!
For that error, please check this article: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Thank you!
Hi, I tried, but it doesn’t work. It seems to be the theme, because by testing another one it looks good in browsers. How can I reinstall the theme without losing the work done so far? Thank you
Hello!
I recommend you to try to use the staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website, check also this article from here and give it a try: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Make sure that all the requirements are set as here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hi, when I installed the theme I was live-staging, so when I tested it to see how it worked everything seemed fine, and it was because I was logged in that I couldn’t see the error on the browsers if logged out.
Everything else you pointed out to me is fine. I disabled the plugins, but it doesn’t depend on them. I guess it depends on the theme installation because something must have conflicted.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to correctly reinstall the theme without running the risk of losing all the work done so far.
Thank you
Hi, I’ve tried them all, but the desktop still doesn’t show up if I’m not logged in. I did several tests with other themes and the problem disappears. It annoys me to go back to the old theme, because it doesn’t guarantee me a valid display of the tables. Do you have any other solutions??? Thank you
