I Bought the Newspaper template for my website, after installing and using it, I´ve noticed that the DISQUS comments (actually any comments session) are not showing on my posts anymore. Can anyone help me please ?

If you are using Gutenberg

If you are using single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you need to edit that template and set there the comments element.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Unfortunately we did not tested Disqus plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

In your tested plugins, do you have any comments plugin that I can use ?

Unfortunately we did not tested any kind of plugins for comments, sorry! we use the comments section from our theme.
If you want, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look to disqus plugin. Include a link to this topic in the email.
