In addtion,
what is the easiest way to add articles and add/edit pages/posts easily in this theme? Looks like we are unable to make it work although the theme has extreme potential.

Do you have any startup guide, recorded trainings etc.

Hi,
Our theme provide a builder, the tagDiv Composer, this can be used to create pages and cloud templates that can be used on posts, categories…
For the moment our theme do not have the possibility to add/edit posts on frontend, only pages and cloud templates but this is on our list.
For example you can check our guide and videos from here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg&list=UUOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ
Thank you!

Hi Calin,
thanks for your quick reply, I have checked the steps and currently going through the documentation/guides and tutorials. I see that with Tagdiv composer ist definitely possible to edit templates but editing posts contents frontend would have been extremely helpful as it will make things easy for our writers to add content on website from the viewpoint of how will it be presented to users. As of today we use WordPress’s native process to add contents of the post or edit it but it does not give us a look on what we are adding will look on user end.

Can you please tell me how soon this front end post addition/editing will come in action? because this looks exteremely important and will open up an easy path for many users who are presently looking to add contents straight forward in an easy way?

Besides, I’ve another question, I was watching few articles about WpBakery and Visual Composer So my questions would be straight to the point.

1. Does WPBakery/Visual Composer is compatible and functional with Newspaper 11 Theme?
2. If the aboveis YES then the post content editor what we want to achieve with TagDiv Composer, would that be possible through WpBakery or Visual Composer?

I’ve seen articles that says if WpBakery is being used then don’t use TagDiv Composer as it suggests not to use two Page builders at the same time. We have installed WP Bakery from the plugin package supplied within the theme. But when we are deactivating TagDiv Composer to activate and use WPBakery the site breaks. Therefore how can we use WPBakery if it works for us?

WPBakery supplied by you also requires licensing registration, how do we activate the same?

Regards

Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not know exactly when this will be add, but it should be in the coming updates.
Now, this will not be a frontend editor for posts, it will only allow users to submit posts directly from the frontend, the posts layout will be the one that is set as global.

1. Yes and no.
(yes) You can use the WPBakery/Visual Composer with Newspaper v11, but it will be need to use it with standard templates from tagDiv Standard Pack (no) but not with cloud templates.
2. Ever since we added this plugin as compatible with our theme we have never encouraged its use for post creation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ -> https://i.imgur.com/3nQYxJT.png
Indeed, users who have used WPBakery with standard templates have not reported any issues for the posts that were made with this plugin.
We recommend to not use more then one builder per page/post because most of the time this will create problems. So you can have both plugins enabled, but you need to use only one for theme per page/post.

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin ( you do not need a license to use the version that comes with our theme ), please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
The license provided is only for the theme.

Thank you!
