Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
Also, what version of Newspaper are you using and also what version of WordPress? If you are using WordPress v5.6 then you must use the last version of Newspaper too (only this is compatible), therefore you need to make sure that you are using Newspaper v10.3.9.1

From the information provided it appears that the error occurs in wp-content/plugins/js_composer/ that is WP Bakery.
So, this error needs to be fixed by the authors of the plugin WP Bakery.
