[Error at rows: 5(models) 1(dom).The model does not match the content][newsmag]

Hello,

By finalizing the customization of my home-page, this one is no longer displayed.

The page can not be edited via TagDiv composer.

While trying to edit it from dashboard -> page I have the following error: “Le site rencontre des difficultés techniques. Veuillez relever la boîte de messagerie du compte administrateur du site pour obtenir des instructions.”

I tried to disable the plugins, but in vain, the same probleme.

How to solve the probleme plz

Hi,

Please check this article for when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non-theme, also if you are using a child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

After this, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information and provide more there more details about that error so I can replicate it.
