Hi guys!

It show me this message “Error at zones: 5(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content”.
Also cannot access or download from Cloud Templates.
Any way to fix this.
Thanks.

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2
You need to access your host and use this code in your htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

When tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know how is works!
Thank you!

Hi Calin,
the requirments are ok from the first install and everything worked like a charm till the last update.
I’ve spent the entire morning in trying to do all the things you suggested in the list with no luck (no plug in/no cache/htaccess edit ect. ect.).
I’m not using the child theme (it was on before the last update), because also if i replace the child files with the latest version on Theme Forest, when activated the mobile version stop working..so had to switch to the main theme.
Also tried to rebuild from zero the homepage on a blank new page but when i start the composer i have the same message and the editor doesn’t load at all.
Please help cause we are near Easter and it’s one of the moment of the year in wich we have a lot of traffic of the website.
THANKS.

Hi Calin. Is there any additional information on resolving this information? I’ve been having the same issues since the last update – can’t even download a blank cloud template without getting the above error, let alone edit existing templates.

I have disabled pretty much every plugin to try and resolve this, but have had no luck so far.

Thanks,

stuart

For my site was a conflict issue with Facebook Pixel official plugin.
Bogdan of the TagDiv team helped me in troubleshooting this.
Hope this can help you too.

Thanks @mercurial. I had the Facebook Pixel component of WP Rocket active, but deactivating that hasn’t fixed the problem.

Thanks @Calin. I sent an email late yesterday with the details, so I’d appreciate you guys having a look.
