Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom).

Hi, I’ve seen this error around the forums and am now experiencing it myself on my website. It happened randomly after working on the website throughout the day. If possible can you tell me the step your team uses to investigate/troubleshoot this error with the theme so that I may solve the issue.

The mobile version of the theme works just fine, however the desktop version is not displaying anything, and is instead giving the error: Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). when attempting to make any edits.

I am unsure of what’s causing the issue, however after some troubleshooting it would appear that creating a new page from scratch seems to fix the issue. Old pages will still display the error so you’ll have to remake them.

Update:

Creating new pages are a very temporary fix. After editing the page, and reopening the editor a second time the error reappears.

Solution:

As stated by tagDiv team on previous post, the cause is most likely from plugin incompatibility. Most common plugins to cause this issue are in relation to SSL, and SEO plugins. To troubleshoot disable all plugins aside from tagDiv > enable your plugins one at a time > clear cache after each activation > refresh TD Composer and see if the error persists.

Hi dwinter8, yes those are the most cases, also make sure that all theme requirements are as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also we gave a guide for when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hey Calin,

It looks like the AMP plugin can cause the “Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom)” problem as well.
