when making a change in the theme panel and trying to save the change by clicking on the save settings button, the icon stays in loading the information.
If I perform an inspection in the browser console, it shows me a 404 error of the POST that makes this button.

Did you check the console? Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
