This is a caching issue. Please use wp super cache with these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also check for any hosting cache and cdn server you might use.

Unfortunately we have not tested taboola on our theme so i cannot say for sure if it will work on the mobile theme. Please use this guide for setting up the mobile theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ You can also disable the mobile theme plugin if you wnt to use the responsive version of the theme
