The speedbooster plugin has nothing to do with wpbooster. Speed booster is a plugin used for page speed while wpbooster is the name of a file inside the theme.
Please try to disable all plugins except the page builder and clear all caching. If the issue is still there, please try to change your php version to versiom 7.1 (do not go above 7.1.0)
