"Errors at columns: 1 (models): 15 (dom)." when I try to modify template

Hi,
I have 2 problems with my website http://www.421chevaux.com:
1 / it’s no longer possible to modify the “cloud template sign”. When I want to change it, I get a message “Errors at columns: 1 (models): 15 (dom). The model does not match the content”.
2 / it’s no longer possible to add an image in the “Image info box” element. When I try to add an image, I get the message “invalid data”.
Can you help me please ?

Hi,

Please check this article for when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
