Errors at columns: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content

Hi there,
I got this error everytime I create a new page save it, close it and re-editing.
To create it I click on “Add new”, wrote the title and then click on TagDiv Composer.

Pages create in the past days works fine but a restore from previous week didn’t solve the issue.

Could you help me with this?

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2
You need to access your host and use this code in your htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for your reply Calin,

I followed your instructions and I found out that was a problem with WP Super Cache. I tryed to reinstall it after deleting but still get this error in tagDiv Composer.

Did you have any suggestion about caching plugins?
