After failing to upload the zip file as I use to, I read here to upload through ftp.
Well, it didn’t work the same. Here the result:
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
Newspaper Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet. Delete
What should I do?
Install the main ‘theme’ zip file. not the ‘all files’ download.
Wise to LOOK inside zip files on your PC before loading them to your website, as general rule.
I did it! I began installing theme zip and then tried newspaper.tf.
The message I sent before was after installingzip and then tf file.
What do I do?
Below the result of my “new” try a short time ago (I tried both .zip and .tf, for zip I get the message “failed”):

SHould I ask for arefund?
I even tried uploading through cpanel – but the theme neither appears on Themes.

After you downloaded – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ and unpacked the theme package, you should have a directory with these files – https://www.screencast.com/t/wztJbGCPai You must upload the Newspaper.zip archive because this is the theme file. Here is a guide to help you install the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ either through WordPress or by Ftp. I followed your instructions and read a lot in the forum – but never had the results I should have.
I did it all again and…nothing.
What should I do?
I could make it work at the end.
I tried so many times so I don’t remember what worked at the end.
Best method is to learn to use FTP.
This allows you to *see* the actual files and folders on your server/website, and KNOW what is really there.
