What should be optimum size of a featured image?
The title of the page appears in the featured image, is there anyway that the title doesn’t appear on the featured image and appears below or above it?

Featured images appear on posts and in the theme modules and blocks. Meaning in the pages, category pages, search pages, etc.
Are your images not showing up on pages?
The blocks Edward pointed out are 2 specific blocks that do not show the featured image. The rest of the blocks show images.

Yes when I add a new page (not a post), and I keep featured image, it doesn’t appear above the text in that page.
Also my second question is, when I add a featured image in a post, the title appears on the top of image in the corner, is there anyway that the title can be above or below the image?

Please test our theme demo here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and under the featured and post templates menu item you can see the different post templates and how they display .there is no setting to move the title around. The templates are fixed and elements cannot be moved.
As for the images, if they do not show on your site please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it

If i don’t have featured images in my post, it only shows blank document image on my homepage or featured page. How can I change or replace with my logo?
where should I upload my image for replacing the blank document image if there is no image for the post?

For the logo please check the documentation as there is a logo section you can consult: https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
As for the images, you can replace the default placeholder images here: http://screencast.com/t/ZFYxku1ggNs
You will have to keep their name and thumb size though otherwise they will not work.
