Problem is, the posts it’s showing are not very popular – how do I modify what it considers popular?

I have to say I’m totally disappointed in your answer.
I reviewed your GUIDE before posting here and could not find any setting for Footer Template #2.
Unless you updated your guide in the last few hours I can’t find any mention of how to change the popular posts block in Footer Template #2.
If you think I’m wrong then share a link, but if you can’t share a link to the answer then just put me in touch with someone who can help (but for goodness sake don’t reply saying “read the instructions” again without AT LEAST providing a link to the answer)
Or, feel free to admit that the popular posts in Footer Template #2 is broken.
I’ll await your response before submitting my review on ThemeForest.net for the two copies of this theme I have purchased.

This was my mistake, sorry, is look like the answer that I provide to you, was for another user how ask for popular 7 days, sorry for the inconvenience!
The footer style 2 is a predefined one, as footer style 1, 4 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RU8I1A0aHZ8h in those templates you can not edit/filter/sort the blocks/elements; if you want to do this, you’ll need to set the blocks/elements that you want to sort/filter in a different footer style, in this case those that appear in footer style 2, can be set manually in footer style 9, those 2 templates have the same structure -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JvfZNCONuXV or you can use the style 3, where the logo and footer text is already set by default -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vk6iXvV6Og ; let’s say that I chose the footer style 3, after that go in Appearance/widgets and look for the popular category to add it in footer 3 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/faqmfKoyNaj -> https://www.screencast.com/t/witEQUOvH9h this is set bydefault to show the popular categories -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YTEKpaQl2 , also add the [tagDiv] Block 7 in footer 2 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lQikoz3zlD for this block you can use the Filter tab to sort the results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3TbbVd7eJOoc you can find the filter/sort documentation in this link -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
