1) I’m trying to edit the footer, but if i use the default footer template or add a new one from cloud templates the “TagDiv Composer” button doesn’t appear at all, so it’s impossible for me to edit it.
2) Furthermore if i set the footer to “No Template” from the Theme Panel, i have no possibility to delete the default content (widget) of Footer 1, Footer 2 and Footer 3 (in the widget section they appear empty even if they are not), i can only add new widgets (and in any case i can’t edit font, font sizes etc. since I can’t use the TagDiv Composer).
Hi,
1. If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
2. Please not that there are some standard footer templates that are pre-made (example Footer 1, Footer 2) and these can not be edited -> https://i.imgur.com/iSi9SNh.png the footer info can be edited for these from here -> https://i.imgur.com/W3Bs6V7.png
Thank you!
Hi,
All PRO demos can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/ only standard demos can not be entirely edited with the them builder.
For the problem “Invalid Template Type”:
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots,.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Virologia & Dave, did you ever get your proDemo to allow edits?
