footer template is not working

in version 6.3 you had to do what you telling me

In version 6.3, only including information in the “footer info content” the footer was set.

The footer structure is the same as in 6.6.3 version and the informations added in Footer info content should be displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/zoDGZ17dkzT – http://screencast.com/t/pFXvwVGq1n
I’ve checked your site and in its source code doesn’t appear anything to be displayed which means that the theme does not have any content to output there or something prevent the content from footer to be displayed. Please make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using and test again.
